Downloaded software - saved it and went to open it and run it -
I get error message that says...Error reading set up initialization file.
I have tried to download several times and keep getting the same message.
What do I need to do?
I am running on Windows Vista.
THanks Scott

One option would be to clear your temporary internet files. Also make sure you are saving the file to disk before running it. Sometimes just changing the name you are saving it as will force a new download without having to clear the temporary internet files.
