can you get parts for the controllers at radio shack? I have one of my controllers one channel wont close lights stay on all the time the other controller has a bad channel as well it doesnt have any power in it was just curious if radio shack sells any parts that will be good enough to make these repairs .. Once I figure out what the problem is! any help would be appreciated

Generally RS isn't that technical or well stocked any more.  Talk with LOR support as your first choice, as they usually will be very helpful both with parts and troubleshooting.  Then places like Mouser or Digikey would be second choice.  Sometimes a really good local electronics shop will have the parts, but those stores can be difficult to find.  In the DFW area, one that I know of is Tanner Electronics in Carrollton.

Once you figure out your problem send an email to support@lightorama.com and explain what your problem is and what you believe the correction is, they are good about getting you parts to repair. They are excellent about helping to locate the cause of the problem as well.
