I bought 2 16 channel delux kits.

Kit 2 no problem checks out fine.

Kit 1 works except channel 16. have 0 volts

Metered & visually inspected device and connections on R27, Q 15, U19

110v input hot to center of q15 connection good, metered.

Top pin to neutral good, metered ( pin towards the top of the board)

Lower Pin to out hot #16 terminal connection good ( pin to bottom of board)

Use diode setting on the meter ( fluke 8060A)  and compaired Q15 to Q14 all connections good and same readings.

OK now What.

Thanks for your time

PS.  Love the kits, have enjoyed them very much very good instructions and docs.

Top pin to neutral good, metered ( pin towards the top of the board) Is this checked with voltage or just continuity?

Being very careful what is the voltage on the lower pin? I am not presently at a location I can lay my hands on a board. I did have some issues with my kits in the past. Just need to try to determine the bad item, whether it is a joint or a component. There is a troubleshooting guide on the LOR website. I found the information very helpful.
