Well it's official... all of my strobes from last year are broken. I have 12 strobes that I ordered last year from PlanetChristmas. Today was the first that I tried to get them running. Two of them were chewed up by the squirrels... rascals. One of them started working and then the socket came lose after I plugged it in and then removed it. A couple of them still have some condensation in them. There is a second one that the socket came loose on. The bottom line - I hate to just throw all of that money away on those lights. I feel that I treated them pretty well and yet I still lost them. I checked with PlanetChristmas to see if it is possible to send them back and have them repaired for a fee less than what it cost to purchase them? They told me, "No." I'm not sure why when all the parts are there, but whatever. I am not savvy enough to repair them myself. I wouldn't even know where to start, but it sure would be nice to be able to use them still this year.

Is there anyone here who can help me out with this? I can send them anywhere at this point since they are useless to me now. I bought another 10, but I really would like to salvage one or two of these strobes.:(

I was not aware the Planet Christmas sold strobes. What vendor did you purchase them from?

I'm sorry, I should retract my remarks. I had Planet Christmas on the brain but actually it is "Christmas Light Show." So - sorry to Planet Christmas as they are NOT at fault here. Sometimes I type what I'm thinking rather than what it should be.
