Is the chip firmware upgrade for the original CTB08 Ver 4 available.
I understand you need firmware version 1.30 or better to do fading shimmer and fading twinkle. I have 4 of these boards and would love to have that ability on them?

Last I heard, this was not available. Pretty much means I can't use this feature, since I have 80 channels on CTB-08's pretty much randomly sprinkled throughout display items, organized based on where I need channels, not what goes logically together as display pieces... I can think of only 1 or 2 major display pieces I have that don't involve some channels on CTB-08's...
I'd love to see a daughtercard or some sort of upgrade to make these flash-firmware upgradable... Or maybe a board trade in option...
