| I am trying to upgrade and it needs me to close the LOR tray and I cannot figure out how to close it.

| Never mind, I just ctrl, alt, del then ended it that way.

For future reference, you can right-click on the LOR icon in the task bar, and select "Unload Light-O-Rama."

| Ok, thank you. I had thought that meant remove it from the computer! So I stayed away from that.
